Our agents will source products according to your request. Because we are located in China and have extensive networks with manufacturers we can find exactly what you need quickly and accurately.

When we have found your perfect product or range of possible products, we will provide you with comprehensive product descriptions including photographs, size, weight, packing and transport details and any standards testing and compliance already available.We also include all other ordering options such as Minimum Ordering Quantity (MOQ) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) needs so that you can make an informed purchasing decision.

When you have considered the products we have sourced we will arrange for the delivery of samples of your preferred products. That allows you to inspect and test the products yourself.There may be small costs involved in this step charged by the manufacturer and for shipping to your destination. However, we can usually provide samples to you at a lower cost than if you were ordering samples from individual manufacturers from your country.

If you are happy with your samples, we will finalise the details of your order including special requirements for packing, labels, delivery time, etc.We can also assist if you want to brand your own product. We can arrange for you to receive a sample of your product with your own logo. If you don’t have a logo already, our services can include designing a new logo for your brand.

A down payment of 30% of the total value of your order is required before the manufacturing of your product commences.The down payment is paid by you to a nominated bank account by Telegraphic Transfer when the final invoice is issued.We can also accept Paypal or Western Union if required, which will incur a small fee.

From here on in we will do everything on your behalf. We will order the products and maintain all contact with the manufacturer and deal with any problems that may arise. You don’t have to contact or deal with the manufacturers yourself at all. We do all the work.You leave the hassle to us while you sit back and enjoy an easy, uncomplicated sourcing process.

When production in completed, we will rigorously conduct quality inspection to ensure the quality of your product.We will provide you with a quality assurance report which will include any deficiencies or discrepancies with your order and include pictures, or videos of the actual products to be delivered. For very large production orders or technical products, Third Party Quality Inspection may also be used.

You will need to pay the total balance amount when your products are ready for shipment.We are very flexible on the payment terms.We can accept 100% T/T, balance against copy of B/L, L/C, and many more options. We are happy to discuss payment options with you and find an arrangement to suit your needs.

We will arrange for all of your shipping needs for our product from factory to port to you. Our logistic solutions cover all shipping options including air and sea depending on your needs. Because we have extensive networks in China we can offer a wide range of the most cost effective, reliable shipping solutions to any destination in the world. We will also take care of the required custom clearance documents on your behalf.
